Westin Hotels & Resorts originated in 1930 from the creativity, ingenuity, and entrepreneurial spirit of a former vaudeville acrobat, a plumber, and two displaced brewers. (A complex story best left to inquisitive Googlers.) Although this motley crew has long since left the lobby, their innovative spirit lives on as one of Westin’s defining characteristics.
